Shipping policy

- The shipping method is reserved by Kadam Inc.  When the goods leave our store, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier and you can refer to them for damage, stolen or lost merchandise.

- Shipping is usually 3-10 days from when the order is processed.

- Shipping delays are approximate and is not our responsibility.

- Shipping fees : 20$ Canadian per order. Free shipping over 200$

- When ordering gift cards, shipping cost is 2$.

- Fast shipping  (2 working days), an extra 10$ will be added to the shipping costs.

- We only ship to Canada to a fixed address (no post office box).
