Refund policy

-You have a period of ten (10) days from receipt of your purchase to return a product purchased on our website. The product must be returned in its original packaging and include the original invoice.

-The returned product must not have been worn and/or damaged. Its box must also not have been damaged.

-The credit or exchange will be made upon receipt of your return in order to allow us to evaluate the condition of the returned product. Shipping costs are not credited.

-Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer and sent at the following address :  Kadam Inc., 343 Champlain St, Dieppe, NB, E1A 1P2.

-You can also return in person to one of our 4 stores (Grand Falls, Edmundston, Campbellton or Dieppe). The same conditions of return apply.

-If returning a parcel with a 75$ value or more, we suggest getting a tracking number or insurance in order to guarantee the reception of the product by the store.
